Geopolymer grouting material is a versatile cement-based composite material that uses high-strength Portland cement as the base and high-performance polymers as the main modifying component. It features good fluidity, micro-expansion, certain toughness, strong bonding with concrete, and excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It is suitable for grouting hollow floors, bridge grouting, foundation reinforcement, tunnel secondary lining and vault grouting, leak sealing, and more.
II. Product Features
(1) High bonding strength, with interfacial bonding strength to old concrete greater than the strength of the concrete itself.
(2) High strength and high toughness, with compressive strength reaching over 50 MPa.
(3) High fluidity and permeability, no segregation or bleeding, capable of self-leveling and dense forming, and able to penetrate concrete cracks.

III. Product Applications
(1) Grouting for ground subsidence and hollow floors, such as road surfaces, highways, and bridge grouting.
(2) Tunnel grouting reinforcement and leak sealing, including tunnel subsidence, hollow areas, secondary lining, vault grouting, and leak sealing.
(3) Foundation reinforcement, such as municipal roads and highway reinforcement.
IV. Construction Method
Preparation tools: Grouting machine, grouting pipe, crack sealer
1. Pre-treatment: Use compressed air to blow out dust and pollutants from concrete cracks.
2. Embed grouting pipes: Place grouting pipes along the length of the crack at intervals of approximately 500 mm.
3. Seal cracks: Use inorganic rapid-setting materials or completely seal the crack surface.
4. Pressure test: Seal the grouting pipes and conduct a water or air pressure test at 0.2-0.3 MPa to check the sealing integrity. Keep the concrete crack surface moist but without standing water inside the crack.
5. Mixing: The mass ratio of polymer cement grouting material to water is 100:33. Use a forced-action mixer or a modified impact drill for mixing. Ensure the mixed slurry is uniform in color, free from powder lumps, sedimentation, uneven coloring, or bleeding, and meets the fluidity requirements for grouting consistency. Use the mixed grouting material immediately to prevent setting.
6. Grouting: Load the mixed grouting material into a specialized pressure grouting tank and continuously inject it into the cracks at a pressure of about 0.3 MPa. For vertical cracks, grout from the bottom up using one grouting nozzle at a time, sealing each nozzle immediately after filling. During grouting, ensure air is expelled from the cracks. The last grouting pipe serves as an exhaust vent and should not be blocked to allow air escape.
7. Curing: After grouting, maintain water curing at the grouted area for more than 7 days.
